CAES Organizing Committee
On behalf of the organizing team, it is my great pleasure to invite you to the very first Central America Educators' Summit (CAES). We are thrilled to launch this pioneering initiative, bringing together passionate educators from across Central America and beyond to celebrate collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
This inaugural conference is a milestone for our region—a unique opportunity for educators to come together in service of one another. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to elevate teaching and learning practices by providing meaningful opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices.

Our vision for CAES is to create a service-oriented conference that offers both local (host country) and international schools access to high-quality professional development, intentionally designed to be financially accessible for all schools and educators. We hope that every session, workshop, and conversation during this first gathering will inspire, challenge, and equip you to make a tangible difference in your classrooms and communities.

This conference is a collaborative effort: from uniting Central America curriculum leaders designing the program to teacher leaders presenting their expertise, every aspect of CAES reflects a spirit of service, shared knowledge, and community. As we embark on this inaugural journey, I encourage you to join us, contribute your insights, and celebrate this historic moment in Central American education.
